A transaction scanner to find outputs received which are guaranteed to be spendable.
‘Guaranteed’ outputs, or transactions outputs to the burning bug, are not officially specified by the Monero project. They should only be used if necessary. No support outside of monero-wallet is promised.
“guaranteed to be spendable” assumes satisfaction of any timelocks in effect.
